Pyhimys & Paperi T - Et ole yksin (You're Not Alone)

The song samples (?) J. Karjalainen's song Et ole yksin and was released as part of the Nyt kolisee! album, which is entirely made up of Finnish rappers sampling/using the beats of J. Karjalainen's Et ole yksin (You're Not Alone) album. I have made a translation of the opening words of the CD leaflet, written by Karri Miettinen, aka rapper Paleface, in case you're interested in learning more about how the album came to be.

Solipsimsalabim and the man gets lost in himself (simsalabim is a similar word to abracadabra - words a magician says when they do their trick. I haven't heard solipsimsalabim before, though)

9000mg Burana helps with every ailment (Burana is a popular pain killer brand, a regular dose would be 400mg, anything stronger than that you need a prescription to get. I think 1000mg=1g is the strongest they make. "9000mg Burana" is a slang term for shooting yourself, based on the fact that a bullet weights 9000mg = 9g.)
You're not alone even though the world isn't too hot (kaksinen = "not too hot" or "nothing to write home about", there's no better translation. there's a word play, in that 'yksin'='alone' has the word 'yksi'='one' in it and the word 'kaksinen' that I just explained has the word 'kaksi'='two')
but when you come down from up there, only then you'll see it's true size
the entire universe is a dream, there's no right position/stance (word play: 'universumi'='universe' & 'uni'='a dream')
by believing, a lie isn't a lie anymore
you're not alone, patting yourself on the shoulder
I'm excited to find out what it's like to be a relic
