*1 'Paino' can also mean weight. I tried googling who this guy is, but didn’t find anything.

*2 Burghlers were a societal class in Medieval Europe. They were very wealthy. Nowadays, the word is derogatory term for someone who is rich. ”Pikkuporvari” means ”little burghler”, like, they’re rich, but not super duper rich.

*3 Whites vs. reds is a reference to the Finnish civil war. See Wikipedia for more info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finnish_Civil_War.

*4 Sauli Niinistö and Suvi-Anne Siimes are Finnish politicians. 

*5 Cooper test is a physical test where you run as far as you can in 12 minutes. It’s very commonly used in the Finnish school system.

*6 Commuter towns are areas away from the city center, full of grey concrete apartment buildings. They're typically very cheap and bleak places to live in. When American hip hop songs refer to "the hood" they grew up in, Finnish hip hop artists refer to the commuter town they grew up in. Roihuvuori is the commuter town where Avain is from. It's in Eastern Helsinki, which is poorer and has a higher amount of criminal activity than the Western parts of the town. A lot of Finnish hip hop artists are from Eastern Helsinki.
